南疆日光温室油桃果实发育及品质形成规律研究

Study on the Fruit Development and Quality Formation of Nectarine Under Protected Cultivation in Southern Xinjiang

摘要: 为研究南疆干旱区日光温室油桃果实发育以及主要品质指标的形成和变化规律,以‘中油5号’油桃为试材,在果实发育期定期取样测定果实外观、内在品质指标的动态变化并进行分析。结果表明,设施栽培条件下‘,中油5号’油桃果实发育基本符合核果类果实发育的“双S”型曲线。果实内在品质指标可滴定酸、可溶性糖、蔗糖、Vc、可溶性固形物都在接近成熟前发生快速累积或变化,糖酸比逐渐增大,提升和改善了果实风味。设施油桃果实成熟前15天是果实发育和品质形成的关键时期,生产中应注重果实发育后期的营养供应和水肥调控,提高果实品质。

Abstract: The aim of this experiment was to study the fruit development and main quality indexes’formation of nectarine under protected cultivation in southern Xinjiang arid areas. With‘Zhongyoutao No.5’as the experimental material, the author tested and analyzed external and internal fruit quality indexes by periodical sampling during fruit development. The research results demonstrated that in the protected cultivation, the fruit growth curve of‘Zhongyoutao No.5’was double‘S’shape and in accordance with stone fruits. The internal fruit quality indexes such as titratable acid, soluble sugar, sucrose, vitamin C and soluble solids accumulated rapidly or changed before close to maturity, the fruit flavour was improved because of sugar- acid ratio gradually increased. The key period of fruit development and quality formation was 15 days before fruit maturation. In order to improve fruit quality, it is important to emphasize nutrition supply and fertilizer regulating in the later stage of fruit growth.
