元江红心火龙果气候品质认证技术

Climate Quality Certification Technology of Yuanjiang Red Heart Pitaya

摘要: [目的]为了反映当地的气候特点和资源优势,提高“名特优”农产品的竞争力,为元江火龙果产业服务。[方法]收集火龙果的生长发育期数据、食品成分数据和气象观测数据,通过专家咨询、数理统计分析等技术手段方法,确定了火龙果可溶性固形物、花青素、维生素C等成分与气象数据的多元线性回归方程,并确定权重得出火龙果气候品质认证指标公式。[结果]基于归一化思想确定权重获得的气候品质认证指标公式,可以根据实际样本的增加来灵活的调整回归指标及权重,同时没有引入如果园管理水平,灾害等级等人为评估要素。食用成分含量回归方程,主要入选了温度、湿度、辐照度等气象要素,和前人研究结果一致。[结论]通过认证指标公式计算得出果园2018年某批火龙果认证评分达90分以上,达到“优”等级,向申请人出具了《农产品气候品质认证证书》同时提供认证溯源二维码供公司贴标上市。

Abstract: S[Objective] In order to reflect the local climate characteristics and resource advantages, improve the competitiveness of "famous and excellent" agricultural products, and serve for Yuanjiang County pitaya industry. [Method] By collected the data of growth period, food composition and meteorological observation data of Pitaya fruit, the multiple linear regression equation between the components of soluble solids, anthocyanins, vitamin C and meteorological data of pitaya fruit and meteorological data was determined through expert consultation and mathematical statistics analysis, and the weight was determined to obtain the formula of the climate quality certification index of Pitaya fruit. [Result] Based on the idea of normalization, the formula of climate quality certification indicators obtained by determining the weight can be flexibly adjusted according to the increase of actual samples. At the same time, the artificial evaluation factors such as garden management level and disaster grade were not introduced. The regression equation of the content of edible ingredients mainly includes meteorological factors such as temperature, humidity and irradiance, which was consistent with the previous research results. [Conclusion] According to the formula of certification index, the certification score of a batch of pitaya fruit in the orchard in 2018 was above 90 points, which reached the "excellent" grade. The certificate of climate quality of agricultural products was issued to the applicant, and the two-dimensional code of certification traceability was provided for the company to bi listed on the market.
