不同基因型烟草叶片在成熟过程中质体色素的变化

Change of Chromoplast Pigments of Different-genotype Tobacco Leaves During Maturity

摘要: 为了解不同基因型烟草叶片成熟度和质体色素含量以及组成之间的关系,以‘K326’、‘ 韭菜坪2号’、‘ 红花大金元’、‘ 贵烟2号’、‘ 南江3号’、‘ 毕纳1号’为材料,在烤烟生长的 3个时期(尚熟、成熟、完熟),对不同基因型烟草叶片质体色素含量和组成进行比较研究。结果表明,6个品种烟草叶片质体色素含量在尚熟、成熟和完熟时均存在显著性差异, 质体色素在烟草成熟过程中表现为逐渐降低,但不同基因型烟草叶片在成熟过程中质体色素表现出不同的降解速率。不同基因型烟草叶片质体色素降解产物速率的不同,致使质体色素降解产物量的不同,因此导致不同烟草品种表现出不同的香味质量和风格。同时,6个品种在尚熟、成熟和完熟时,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素之间存在极显著的相关性,研究成熟度快速检测技术时可以探索用某一个质体色素指标来表示。这些研究结果在一定程度上对提高烟叶香气质和香气量的烟草品种筛选与评价具有重要意义,对烟草叶片的快速检测技术和烟叶分级提供依据。

Abstract: To investigate the content of plastid pigments in tobacco leaves at different maturity,the tobacco cultivars ‘K326’、‘ Jiucaiping2’、‘Honghuadajinyuan’、‘ Guiyan2’、‘ Nangjiang3’、‘ Bina1’were used as experimental material and the comparative study of the content and forms of plastid pigments in tobacco leaves at different mature stage was carried. The results indicated that there was significant difference in chromoplast pigment of different genotypes during maturity of tobacco leaves and the content of chromoplast pigment of different genotypes decreased during maturity of tobacco leaves but different degradation rates of chromoplast pigment of different genotypes. Then different flavor quality and style of different genotypes was showed because of the content of degradation products. And there was extremely significant correlation among the chromoplast pigment of different genotypes during maturity of tobacco leaves. The rapid detection technology of maturity may be expressed by one of chromoplast pigment. These results are important to improve the selection and evaluation of tobacco varieties of tobacco fragrance quality and fragrance quantity, and provide the basis for rapid detection of tobacco leaves maturity and classification of tobacco leaves.
