喷施水杨酸对2种草坪草抗盐性的影响

Effect of Spraying Salicylic Acid on Salt Resistance in Two Kinds of Turf Grasses

摘要:

本研究以紫羊茅和黑麦草为试材,研究喷施100、200和300 mg/L 3种浓度外源水杨酸(SA)后紫羊茅和黑麦草在1%盐胁迫下的细胞膜透性、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量的变化以及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性的变化。结果表明,喷施SA能够提高2种草坪草的脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖的含量,降低2种草坪草的电解质渗透率,降低细胞丙二醛含量,提高细胞SOD、POD、CAT等多种抗氧化酶的活性,因此喷施SA能够提高草坪草抗盐性。最佳有效的SA处理浓度为200 mg/L。

Abstract:

In this study, red fescue (Festuca rubra L.) and ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) were used as materials to study the change of the cell membrane permeability, proline content, MDA content as well as the changes of activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase after the treatment of exogenous SA under the 1% salt stress. The results showed that spraying salicylic acid was able to increase the content of proline and soluble sugar and to reduce the penetration rate of the electrolyte and the MDA content, and enhance the enzyme activity of the SOD, POD, and CAT. The best effective concentration of salicylic acid was 200 mg/L. Key words: salicylic acid; salt stress; turfgrass; Lolium perenne; Festuca rubra
