木质纤维素生物质预处理技术的研究进展

摘要:

预处理技术是利用木质纤维素生物质制取燃料乙醇的关键技术,该技术的改进和完善可提高纤维素的水解率,进而降低燃料乙醇的生产成本。笔者从预处理的必要性出发,综述了物理法、物理-化学法、化学法和生物法预处理木质纤维素生物质技术的国内外研究进展,对各种技术的处理效果进行了分析和总结,并对预处理技术的发展提出了展望和建议。

Abstract:

Pretreatment is the key technologies of the utilization of lignocellulose biomass for fuel ethanol. Advanced pretreatment technologies can significantly enhance the hydrolysis of cellulose, and then reduce the cost of fuel ethanol production .Starting with an introduction of the necessary of pretreatment of lignocellulosic biomass, the research progress of pretreatment technology such as physical methods, physical-chemistry methods, chemical methods and sand biologic methods were reviewed detailedly, the results of different pretreatment technologies were also analyzed. The future of development of lignoeellulosic biomass pretreatment technologies was also previewed.Key words: lignocellulose biomass; pretreatment; fuel ethanol
