油菜茎秆几种发育相关酶的活性对茎秆抗倒伏性的影响

Effects of the Key Enzymes Activity on the Stem Lodging Resistance in Brassica Napus L.

摘要:

以抗倒伏性不同的两组油菜品种为材料,研究了油菜灌浆后期肉桂醇脱氢酶、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶、蔗糖合成酶和过氧化物酶活性与油菜抗倒伏性的关系。结果表明:灌浆后期抗倒伏品种4种酶的活性均高于倒伏品种,其中:肉桂醇脱氢酶活性在两组材料中均较高,而且差异较小;β-1,3-葡聚糖酶,蔗糖合成酶,过氧化物酶活性在抗倒伏油菜中显著高于其在倒伏油菜中的活性。肉桂醇脱氢酶在灌浆后期对油菜生长有重要作用,β-1,3-葡聚糖酶,蔗糖合成酶,过氧化物酶在抗倒伏性不同的品种间存在差异,这进一步说明油菜茎秆纤维素、木质素的累积特性可能是影响油菜茎秆抗倒的原因之一。

Abstract:

This experiment was carried out to study the effects of the activity of several key enzymes on the stem lodging resistance in Brassica napus L.. The activities of cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase, β-1,3-glucanase, sucrose synthase, peroxidase in lodging-resistant group (R) and lodging group (D) were tested in filling period. The results showed that the stem lodging-resistance was influenced strongly by the enzymes activity; there was some difference in the activities of cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase in 2 groups. Activities of β-1,3-glucanase, Sucrose Synthase and peroxidase in lodging-resistant group were significantly higher than that in lodging group. They are all the important factors which lead to different lodging resistance in Brassica napus L.. Lignin biosynthesis is a complicated polygenic and poly-pathway process. The results suggested that cellulose and lignin played a key role in stem lodging resistance.
