新选高粱亲本系的配合力分析

摘要:

为了明确新选高粱亲本材料的利用潜力,提高杂交育种效率,对4个新选高粱雄性不育系进行柱头生活力研究和配合力分析。用其与4个新选恢复系,按不完全双列杂交法组配16个杂交组合,采用DPS数据处理系统对株高、穗长、穗粒重、千粒重和蛋白质含量进行统计分析。结果表明,XSA和XJA的柱头生活力较强,在制种过程中授粉时间长、结实率高。雄性不育系XBA、XSA和恢复系59R、22R综合性状表现较好,这些亲本系在育种和生产上具有很高的利用价值。从产量性状分析看,XBA/59R、XSA/59R、XJA/22R和XWA/59R是较理想的组合模式。

Abstract:

In order to study the application potential of new selected sorghum parental lines and improve crossbreeding efficiency, their stigma vigor and combining ability were researched. The results showed that stigma vigor of XSA and XJA were stronger, so they had a longer pollination time and high seed setting rate. Sixteen crossing combinations were made by 4 new selected R lines and 4 A lines with the method of incomplete dual cross. Plant height, spike length, grain weight of spike, 1000 grain weight and Protein content were analyzed by DPS. The results indicated that: male sterile lines XBA and XSA, restorer lines 29R and 22R performed better integrated traits, they had higher application potential in breeding and production. As to yield traits, XBA/59R, XSA/59R, XJA/22R and XWA/59R were better heterotic patterns.
