园艺植物遗传图谱的研究进展

Research Progress in Genetic Linkage Map of Horticulture Plant

摘要:

遗传图谱的构建是基因组研究中的重要环节,是基因定位与克隆、分子标记辅助育种的基础。对遗传图谱的构建步骤、分子标记的种类、作图群体的种类及目前国内外园艺植物遗传图谱的研究进展进行简要概述,探讨了目前该领域研究中存在的主要问题及今后的研究方向。

Abstract:

Genetic linkage mapping is a key link in genomic research, which is the cornerstone of a wide spectrum of biotechnology applications, including gene localization, map-assisted cloning, and molecular marker-assisted selection in breeding. The paper briefly reviewed the procedure of genetic mapping, types of molecular markers, mapping populations, and research progress in construction of the genetic linkage maps of horticulture plants. Furthermore, the existing problems and the future direction were discussed in this field.
