稻瘟病生防放线菌A11菌株的发酵条件研究

摘要: 对稻瘟病生防放线菌A11菌株的发酵初始pH、培养温度及通气量三因素采用三因素二次回归正交旋转组合设计进行发酵培养,结果表明在ACSI培养基上,初始pH值为7.2(灭菌后),28℃,培养6d,通气量为100ml/250ml三角瓶时,培养滤液对稻瘟病菌的拮抗带最大,平均达1.03 cm,抑菌率平均达57.4%,该培养条件为菌株的最佳发酵条件。

Abstract: This paper reported the optimum fermentation conditions for A11,The optimum media is that made of ACSI culture with initial pH 7.2.Culturing 6 days at 28℃ and supplying oxygen 100ml/250ml is good for fermentation of the actinomyces strain. In this condition, the average inhibition zone wide of fermentation products on Pyriculariaoryzae Sace is 1.03cm and the average inhibition rate is 57.4%.
