小麦秆锈菌新小种Ug99及其抗病育种研究进展

摘要:

为了对中国Ug99小种的变异、致病力、分布扩散以及小麦和亲缘种属的抗病基因进行发掘、连锁分子标记筛选,抗性育种策略与进展进行总结,以帮助中国小麦研究人员全面了解秆锈菌新小种-Ug99及其对中国小麦生产的潜在威胁,呼吁加强Ug99及其变异小种传播与扩散的监控,加强抗病种质创新和持久性耐病新品种选育,提前预防Ug99的危害。不难看出Ug99是容易发生小种变异、毒力极强、扩展速度较快的秆锈菌新小种,极有可能对世界小麦生产带来的全球性危害。应该加强小麦和亲缘种属新抗病基因的发掘与利用和持久性耐病新品种的培育,控制和预防Ug99及其变异小种的危害。

Abstract:

The article reviewed the research advances of Ug99 and its resistance breeding, from the aspects of its discovery, race variation, pathogenicity, distribution, spread, exploration of relative resistant genes, linked marker screening, resistance breeding strategies and the research status of Ug99 in our country. It’s concluded that the Puccinia Graminis new race Ug99 and its rapid evolvement, broad and high virulence and rapid spread towards important wheat growing areas, now potentially threatens global wheat production. Exploiting novel genes of Ug99 resistance from wild relatives of wheat and developing new varieties with durable resistance should be emphasized for the protection of wheat production.
