免揭地膜不同氮用量对烤烟光合及产质的影响

The Effects of No Uncover Plastic Film with Different Nitrogen Application Amount on Flue-cured Tobacco Photosynthesis, Yield and Quality

摘要:

为了解决烤烟生产因降雨而造成的肥料流失问题及如何提高烤烟氮肥利用率的问题,在高降雨量年型(2010年5—9月降雨量超850 mm以上),对湘西北新晃烟区大田烤烟采用全生育期免揭膜方式,固定氮磷钾配比(1∶1∶3),研究不同施氮量(105 kg/hm2,120 kg/hm2和135 kg/hm2)对烤烟光合生理及产质的影响。结果表明:随着施氮量的增加,烟株生长发育更好,烟叶光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率都随之增大;从叶绿素荧光参数可反映出,免揭膜方式对烤烟生长造成了胁迫,施氮量越高,PSII最大光化学效率Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo值越大,叶片吸收光能的光化学猝灭参数qP下降,可变荧光的非光化学猝灭参数qNP上升,同时表观光合电子传递速率ETR和PSⅡ实际光化学效率ΦPSII值随施氮量增加而降低;随施氮量的增加,烟叶成熟度、油分和色度提高,但叶片组织结构僵硬、身份偏厚,各处理上部烟糖含量相对较低,而总碱含量大于3%,对品质均较为不利,总体上各处理间品质差异不显著;干烟产量及均价均为氮用量135 kg/hm2最高,氮用量105 kg/hm2最低。建议今后生产上在免揭膜情况下,进一步降低氮用量,通过增施有机肥或绿肥并结合综合农艺措施来改善烟叶品质。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem that fertilizer loss caused by rain in flue-cured tobacco production and and to improve the nitrogen fertilizer utilization efficiency on flue-cured tobacco, under the high rainfall year, (above 850 mm rainfall in May to September in 2010), no uncover plastic film method was adopted in Xinhuang tobacco growing area in northwestern Hunan Province , to study the effects of different nitrogen application amount (105 kg/hm2, 120 kg/hm2 and 135 kg/hm2) on tobacco photosynthetic physiology, yield and quality. The results showed that: with the increase of nitrogen rate, tobacco plant growth was better, photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were getting higher. Nitrogen rate (135 kg/hm2) treatment was the highest and nitrogen rate (105 kg/hm2) treatment was the minimum. No uncover plastic film can reduce fertilizer loss in high rainfall, but the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters can be reflected the stress caused by the method that no uncover plastic film. Nitrogen fertilizer application amount higher, PSII biggest photochemical efficiency Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo values were higher, photochemical quenching coefficient the qP relevant to leaf absorb the light energy decreased, the non-photochemical quenching coefficient increased, the actual photochemical efficiency (ΦPSII) and the electron transport rate (ETR) decreased. With the increase of nitrogen, leaf maturity, oil and chroma increase, but tobacco leaf organization structure stiffness, identity partial thick. The sugar in all treatments upper leaf content relatively low, but the total alkali content more than the 3%, they were disadvantages of quality. In general, the quality difference between treatments was not significant. Dried leaf production and the average price are the treatment nitrogen rate 135 kg/hm2 highest, nitrogen rate 105 kg/hm2 minimum. Suggestion was to reduce nitrogen application amount under no uncover plastic film method in the future, and to increase organic fertilizer and manure with other agricultural measures to improve the quality of tobacco leaves.
