摘要：

为选择更适合研究者研究细菌VBNC状态的检测方法。通过对目前已知的几种VBNC状态细菌常用检测方法的原理、方法及应用列举，分析对比其优缺点。为发展新的检测方法提供思路，并对未来的研究方向做了展望。

Abstract:

In order to test the viable but non-cultivable state of bacteria, this article provided the recommendation for which was better for the researchers. Several test methods of VBNC bacteria and their principle were enumerated in this article, analyzed and contrasted the merits and the defects. It provided the thread of the new test methods in future and put forward the future directions.
