血液提取总RNA的初步研究

摘要：

试验兔血为材料，使用传统的TRIzol法和试剂盒提取总RNA。并用紫外分光光度仪分别测定样品在260nm、320nm、230nm和280nm的光度及估算RNA的纯度和浓度。结果表明， TRIzol法和试剂盒法相比较，试剂盒提取的RNA样品质量较高，而且简单快速。

Abstract:

Taking the rabbit blood as the material, which are extracting total RNA by the traditional method of TRLzol and the RNA Extraction Kit. It had measured 260n 320 nm, 230 nm and 280 nm of sample luminosity By uv spectrophotometry , and estimate the purity and concentration of RNA .The results indicated that compared to the method of TRIzol，the RNA Extraction Kit was more High quality ,simple and fast.
