阿魏酸对甘肃道地中药材纹党的化感作用研究

Study on Allelopathy of Ferulaic acid on Codonopsis pilosula of Gansu authentic Chinese herbal medicine

摘要:

为了研究分析阿魏酸对党参化感作用的生物评价及对其内在生理特性的影响,采用小杯法栽培模拟实验,用酚酸类化感物质阿魏酸对中草药纹党的化感作用进行研究,考察不同浓度的阿魏酸对纹党种子及幼苗进行处理,测定其对纹党发芽率、营养生长及其某些生理指标的影响。结果表明,阿魏酸对受体党参种子吸胀过程中相对吸水量的增加有抑制作用,随着阿魏酸浓度的提高,党参种子的萌发率、萌发指数、初生胚根长和下胚轴长,党参幼苗生长及根尖微核和有丝分裂率变化,都存在着不同的化感效应,其敏感程度也不同,生物测定结果大多达到显著差异水平。说明阿魏酸确实对甘肃道地中草药党参存在化感作用,高浓度水平的化感效应均表现为抑制作用,低浓度水平的化感效应均表现为促进作用。

Abstract:

This paper study on allelopathy of the phenolic acids of ferulic acid on Codonopsis pilosula of Gansu authentic Chinese herbal medicine, uses different phenolic acids to carry on seed and seedling of the Codonopsis pilosula, and to investigate the effects of the germination percentage, the nutrition growth and some physiological targets. The results showed that ferulic acid to inhibition receptor Codonopsis pilosula on the course of seed relative imbibition increase in the volume of water. With the increase in the concentration of ferulic acid, Codonopsis pilosula’s seed germination rate, germination index, primary embryonicroot length and hypocotyledonary length, seedling growth and the Codonopsis pilosula roots change of micronucleis and mitotic rate, there is the allelopathic sensitivity of different effects, it sensitivity of degree is different, most of bioassay results to reach the level of significant difference. It said that ferulic acid existence allelopathy on Codonopsis pilosula of Gansu authentic Chinese herbal medicine, all the level of high concentration of allelopathic effect expressed disincentive and low concentration effects of allelopathic were to promote.
