摘要: 本研究归纳了单倍体加倍的研究概况,总结了单倍体加倍的方法,主要有浸种法、浸根法、浸芽法等,分析了单倍体加倍技术在育种中的作用,主要有恢复育性、加速育种进程等,同时指出了单倍体加倍的影响因素,主要有处理浓度、时间和温度等,提出了单倍体加倍存在的问题及合理建议。

Abstract: In this paper, the general research situation of haploid doubling was summarized in detail, and the methods of haploid doubling were summarized, the methods of seed soaking, root soaking, bud soaking and so on. The roles of haploid doubling technology in plants breeding were analyzed, there were mainly fertility restoring, accelerating breeding process, etc. At the same time, the influencing factors of haploid doubling were pointed out, there were mainly reagent concentration, duration of treatment and temperature, etc. Some problems in the research were proposed and the reasonable suggestions were also provided.
