小麦冷驯化相关基因及抗寒性分子机理研究进展

The Cold Acclimation Associated Genes and the Molecular Mechanism of Cold Resistance in Wheat

摘要:

经过抗寒性锻炼或冷驯化过程的小麦会增强抗寒性,本文综述了近年来关于小麦冷驯化与抗寒性相关基因与分子机理研究的主要进展,对参与低温信号传导的CBF、ICE、b-ZIP、WRKY、NAC等转录因子,以及低温响应蛋白包括ABA依赖和非ABA依赖途径的COR蛋白、水通道蛋白、微管蛋白、抗冻蛋白等的表达调控模式做以介绍。我们对春化作用与冷驯化的相关性,小麦冷驯化过程中低温信号传导途径和低温响应机制也进行了讨论、总结,期望能对今后小麦抗寒分子育种及抗寒性分子机理的研究有所促进。

Abstract:

The cold resistance of wheat will be acquired after the cold acclimation or cold resistance exercise. The primary investigation about the molecular mechanism and genes associated with cold acclimation and cold resistance of wheat were analyzed in this article. The regulation model of some cold signaling molecules like CBF, ICE, b-Zip, WRKY, NAC and other transcription factors were described, as well as the cold responsive proteins including COR in ABA dependent or ABA independent responsive signaling paths, aquaporins, microtube proteins, freeze resistant proteins and so on. We also discussed the recent study on the relativity between vernalizaton and cold resistance, the cold signaling pathway, and the cold responsive mechanism. We hope these reports and results will benefit to the research of molecular mechanism and molecular breeding about cold resistance of wheat in future.
