摘要：

为了统计与测评乡村旅游服务质量的现状，提高乡村旅游服务质量水平，以长沙市周边地区乡村旅游为例，构建了乡村旅游服务质量评价模型，采用层次分析法对各项评价指标赋权，并运用模糊综合评价法测度了该地区乡村旅游服务质量的综合水平。结果表明：该地区乡村旅游服务质量水平一般，且交通服务质量水平与社区支持质量水平存在着较大的问题。这说明乡村旅游的服务质量并没有跟上乡村旅游快速发展的步伐。基于此，提出了完善交通条件，提高社区支持与加强服务质量监测等提高乡村旅游服务质量的有利举措

Abstract:

In order to assess the current situation of rural tourism service quality and improve its service, this paper, takes the surronding area of Changsha city as an example, built its evaluation mode, weighted every index with analytic hierarchy process, and assessen its whole level by using fuzzy synthetic evuluation model. It shows its service quality is still to be improved, especially the service on traffic and community supprot. Based on this, this paper put forward some relevant countermeasures.
