微量元素硒在园艺植物中的生理功能研究进展

The Research Overview of Physiological Functions of Selenium in Horticulture Plants

摘要: 硒在植物生长发育过程中起到非常重要的生理功能。文章简述了硒在土壤中的吸收及运转分配、硒的生理生化作用、对植物生长发育的影响、对园艺植物产量和品质的影响等方面内容,指出硒能提高园艺植物的抗氧化活性,硒能提高逆境条件下活性氧防御酶从而抵抗逆境,硒可以促进叶绿素的合成代谢,适量施硒有利于园艺植物根、茎、叶生长,并提高园艺植物的产量和品质,提出了硒在植物体内的作用机制以及对植物生长发育、产量、品质产生作用的具体硒浓度仍需进一步研究的建议。

Abstract: Selenium played the very important physiological function in plant growth and development process. This paper summarized absorption and transportation and distribute of selenium in soil, physiological functions of Se, influencing on grow and development, influencing on field and quality of Se. It pointed out that selenium improved the antioxidant activity, activated oxygen defensive enzymes and resistance, promoted chlorophyll synthetic of horticultural plants. The amount of selenium increased growth of horticultural plant roots, stems and leaves. Selenium improved the yield and quality of horticultural plants, the suggestions were putted forward that mechanism of selenium in plants and a specific concentration of selenium on plant growth and development, yield, quality.
