Effect of ABA and PP333 on Frost Resistance of Cymbidium faberi Seedlings

摘要: 为探讨植物生长调节剂ABA和PP333对蕙兰低温胁迫下抗寒性指标的影响,以蕙兰名品‘大一品’为试验材料,采用不同浓度的ABA和PP333对‘大一品’幼苗叶片进行叶面喷施处理,于光照培养箱[昼温/夜温=(5±0.5)℃/(0±0.5)℃]中进行低温处理,研究ABA和PP333对蕙兰抗寒性指标的影响。结果表明:ABA和PP333处理均降低了受低温胁迫的蕙兰叶片的相对电导率,提高了游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量和POD活性,对冷害具有缓解作用,所有处理中以15 mg/L和20 mg/L ABA处理效果最好。

Abstract: In order to research the effect of ABA and PP333 on frost resistance of Cymbidium faberi seedlings, the effect of different concentrations of exogenous ABA and PP333 on cold physiological index of Cymbidium faberi ‘Dayipin’ seedlings were studied under the regime of day temperature (5±0.5)℃/night temperature(0±0.5)℃ by spraying on leaves. The results showed that: Both the exogenous substance treatments decreased the relative conductance rate and increased the contents of Pro, soluble sugars and the activity of POD. The treatment of 15 mg/L and 20 mg/L ABA had the best effect on increasing the frost resistance of Cymbidium faberi seedlings.
