摘要：

分别用Sds法、Sarkosyl法、PMSF法提取鸭疫里氏杆菌的外膜蛋白，经SDS－PAGE电泳，显示，三种方法都能提取到鸭疫里氏杆菌的外膜蛋白，但电泳条带却有一定差异；相比之下，Sds法最适于鸭疫里氏杆菌外膜蛋白的提取；几种方法提取的其他分子量外膜蛋白质是否属于鸭疫里氏杆菌的外膜蛋白抗原需要进一步研究。

Abstract:

The outer membrane of the Riemerella Anatipestifer (abbreviate as RA )are extracted through Sds method,Sarkosyl method,PMSF method,and are electrophoresized repectively.test result showed that three methods can extract the outer membrane of RA,but display differently electrophoresis bands by Coomassie brilliant stained；by comparison,Sds method is most suitable for extracting the outer membrane of RA; whether or other proteins whose molecular weight are different by the three methods belong the outer membrane protein antigeon,which need to be research farther more.
