银杏的药用价值及组织培养研究

摘要: 从银杏的果实、叶、种皮、种仁及木材等方面论述了其药用价值,并概述了银杏茎段培养、配子体培养、胚培养、愈伤组织诱导以及银杏组织培养中抑制褐化问题等方面的进展。愈伤组织培养的基本培养基为SH基本培养基中加2,4-D2mg/L,6-BA1mg/L和NAA0.5mg/L以及苹果汁10%以及在1.0kV/cm强度的高压静电和Cu2+条件下有利于愈伤组织生长。改良MS培养基和多效唑可以促进腋芽萌动和分化;MS+BA2mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L的培养基、蜂王浆和椰子乳汁对诱导银杏胚状体有很大促进作用。0.1%植酸(肌醇六磷酸酯)、5.0mg/L抗坏血酸或2000mg/L聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVP有明显抑制褐变的作用。

Abstract: In this paper, medical value in octolocular、leaf 、seed coat、kernel、timber of ginkgo and advances in tissue culture of are reviewed.The review of this paper is focused on tissue culture, such as stem culture, gametophyte culture, embryo culture, factors affecting the callus tissue formation and inhibition of browning during the culture. The basic culture medium that the ginkgo tissue culture is SH culture, main additional hormone of culture medium of induce callus are 2,4-D 2mg/L,6-BA1mg/L、NAA0.5mg/L and apple juice10%, under the condition that the strength of high voltage static electricity 1.0kV/cm and Cu2+ are to advantage the growth of callus. Improvement MS culture and paclobutrazol are contribitute to the sprout and differentiation of axillary bud . The MS cluture which is added BA2mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L、royal jelly and coconut milkcan induce ginkgo embryoid effectly。0.1% phytic acid、5.0mg/L ascorbic acid or 2000mg/L polyvinylpyrrolidone has the effect in inhibition of browning during the culture.
