棉籽油天然维生素E 的提取工艺研究

摘要: 为提高棉副产品综合利用水平,进一步提高植棉效益,在试验中采用萃取和皂化相结合的方法,分析与验证了棉籽油维生素E的最佳试验方法,探讨了棉籽油中天然维生素E的提取工艺流程、最佳提取方法和影响因素。试验得出的最佳提取条件是:加醇量300 mL,醇提时间1 min,加碱量4 g,皂化时间1 h。影响棉籽油维生素E提取效率的因素依次为:加醇量>醇提时间>加碱量>皂化时间,该方法的棉籽油维生素E 的提取率为96.6%。该试验方法操作简单、效率高、污染少,具有较大的推广应用价值。

Abstract: In order to enhance the comprehensive utilization of cotton by- products to improve economic benefits, two methods of extraction and saponification of Vitamin E were studied to explore the technological process, to identify the best method and influencing factors of the vitamin E extraction on cottonseed oil. The optimum extraction methods were concluded as follows: 300 ml of alcohol, 1min of extraction duration, 4 g of NaOH, 1 h of saponification, and the ranking of influencing factors was alcohol concentration> extraction duration > NaOH concentration > aponification duration. This method was an effective way for the extraction of cottonseed oil Vitamin E, which could reach an extraction rate of 96.6%, and was easy, efficient and environment-friendly in application.
