摘要: 在全球气候变暖的大环境下,极端天气尤其是高温热害频繁发生,研究高温对水稻影响的机理与对策对促进水稻生产具有重要意义。综述了高温胁迫对水稻生长发育、产量形成和稻米品质的影响,并从光合特性及干物质积累、代谢酶、激素和抗逆物质等方面阐述了其生理机制,提出减轻水稻高温胁迫的具体防御措施,并对未来全球气温升高环境下的水稻生产研究提出建议。

Abstract: Extreme weather, especially heat injury of high temperature occurs more frequently with the increase of global warming. It would have great significance to study the mechanism of effect of high temperature on rice growth and countermeasures to reduce damage of the high temperature for promoting rice production. This paper reviewed the effects of high temperature on rice yield and grain quality and its physiological mechanism involved from the aspects of photosynthetic characteristics, dry matter accumulation, metabolic enzymes, hormones and resistance materials. Specific defense measures to reduce the harm of high temperature and advice for further studies were discussed with the consideration of global warming in future.
