干旱胁迫对烤烟幼苗生长及抗性生理的影响

摘要: 利用大型活动式防雨旱棚,人工控水研究了干旱胁迫对烤烟幼苗生长和抗性生理的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,烤烟幼苗植株的生长和光合作用均受到明显的抑制。植株的生长势消弱,植株干物质积累量减少,根冠比增大。干旱胁迫期间,叶绿素a含量均低于对照,而叶绿素b含量和总叶绿素含量在胁迫初期较对照有所增加,而后又低于对照,叶绿素a/b值的变化则相反。在土壤干旱进程中,烤烟叶片相对含水量下降迅速,叶片离体保水力随干旱诱导时间的延长降低速率减慢,烟叶可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量呈上升趋势。
