Soil Microorganisms and the Mechanism of Potato Continuous Cropping Obstacle: Research Progress

摘要: 连作导致马铃薯产量和品质下降,连作障碍已成为我国马铃薯产业发展面临的突出问题。本文从连作后土壤养分的丢失、土壤酶活性变化、植物化感自毒作用、微生态失衡等几个方面综述了马铃薯连作障碍的发生机理,认为马铃薯连作障碍发生的主要原因是根系土壤微生态系统功能失调;最后,从多因素相互作用角度出发,提出了缓解或解决铃薯连作障碍的调控措施,并对马铃薯连作障碍进行了研究展望。

Abstract: Continuous cropping can lead to a decline of potato yield and quality, and has become a prominent problem in the potato industry development in China. We summarized the mechanism of continuous cropping obstacle of potato from the aspects of soil nutrient loss, soil enzyme activity change, plant allelopathy and microecological imbalance. Then, we figured out that the main reason for potato continuous cropping obstacle was the function imbalance of root soil microecology. Finally, we put forward the countermeasures targeting the continuous cropping obstacles in potato planting from the perspective of multi-factor interaction, and discussed the research prospect.
