摘要: 通过测定甜玉米鲜果穗水分及糖分含量,探讨甜玉米适采期及采后保鲜技术。结果表明:甜玉米的适采期为授粉后18~21d,包装方式和贮藏温度对鲜棒采后品质影响很大,最好采用真空包装后低温贮藏,以延长保鲜时间。

Abstract: The optimum harvesting period and fresh-maintaining technique of sweet corn in post-harvesting period have been probed by analyzing the moisture and sugar content in fresh ears of sweet corn. The results showed that the optimum harvesting period for sweet corn was at 18~21days after in semi-nation in spring, 20~25 days in autumn. The packing way and storing temperature greatly affected the quality of the fresh ears of sweet corn in post-harvesting storage. The best way is to use vacuum packing and store at low temperature in order to post pone the fresh-maintaining period.
