橡胶园酸性、中性土壤交换性钙、镁测定方法研究

Measuring Methods of Exchangeable Calcium and Magnesium in Acid and Neutral Soil of Rubber Plantation

摘要:

为了获得简单、易操作、准确度高的橡胶园酸性、中性土壤交换性钙、镁测定方法,本试验通过响应面优化试验,建立称样量、提取液体积、提取方式与交换性钙测定结果之间的数学模型。结果表明:在25℃条件下,以1 mol/L的乙酸铵为土壤浸提液,称样量为2 g、提取液体积175 mL、振荡36 min,为橡胶园酸性、中性土壤的最佳提取条件。将上述条件下得到的结果与标准方法条件下得到的结果相对比,两结果的相对误差在1.25~3.04之间,均属合理范围。利用标准样品对优化方法进行试验验证,结果与推荐值相符。改进后的方法分析成本低、操作简便、测定结果准确、稳定性好,可用于橡胶园酸性、中性土壤交换性钙、镁的测定。

Abstract:

To obtain a simple and easy to operate method with high accuracy to determine exchangeable calcium and magnesium in acid and neutral soil of rubber plantation, through the response surface optimization test, a mathematical model was established between the sample size, the liquid volume, the extraction method and the results of exchangeable calcium. The study showed that: under the condition of 25 ℃, 1 mol/L ammonium acetate was taken as the soil extract, the sample volume was 2 g, the extracted liquid was 175 mL, and the oscillation was 36 min, which was the best extraction condition for acidic and neutral soil in rubber plantation. The results obtained under the above condition were consistent with those of the standard method, and the relative errors ranged from 1.25 to 3.04, which were all within a reasonable range. The optimized method was tested and verified with standard samples, and the results were consistent with the recommended values. The improved method has the advantages of low cost, simple operation, accurate measurement results and good stability, which can be applied to the determination of exchangeable calcium and magnesium in acid and neutral soil of rubber plantation.
