高油玉米含油率、籽粒结构与氮钾施用量的通径分析

摘要: 通过不同氮、钾处理,研究了微胚乳超高油玉米籽粒的胚、胚乳的纵切面积、胚/胚乳纵切面积及氮、钾施用量与籽粒含油率的相关性。试验结果表明:胚/胚乳面积比对微胚乳玉米籽粒含油率的影响最大,其通径系数(P3y)为3.7557,其次是胚面积,(P2y)为1.8027,胚乳面积影响最小(P2y)为-0.0358, 氮、钾肥施用量都是通过胚/胚乳面积比而对含油率产生间接的效应。

Abstract: The experiment was conducted with a new high oil corn species to study the correlation and path analysis among grain oil content, grain structure and different levels of nitrogen and potassium. The results showed that embryo/ endosperm area had the greatest effect on the grain oil rate which its path coefficient(P3y)was 3.7557,the embryo area which its P2y was 1.8027 had less effect than embryo/ endosperm area on the grain oil rate, while the endosperm area (P2y = -0.0358) had the least effect. The different levels of nitrogen and potassium had some effects on corn grain oil content by changing the grain structure of embryo/ endosperm area.
