摘要:

“多穗型超级杂交稻”是一个新的育种模型,它要求中籼品种的有效穗数高于区试对照品种10%以上。本研究选用优异亲本,通过杂交育种方法,选育成强分蘖两系恢复系‘10P50’,用其与两系不育系‘隆科638S’配组,选育出多穗型两系杂交中籼稻新品种‘隆两优0078’,在2019—2020年区试中,有效穗两年平均比对照‘丰两优4号’增加15.4%,且结实率高、稻瘟病和白叶枯病抗性好;分别在海南三亚、湖南长沙和贵州兴义进行了该品种的高产示范,探索出配套的高产栽培技术;在海南三亚和湖南长沙进行了该品种的制种技术探索,为该品种的大面积推广储备了行之有效的种子生产技术。

Abstract:

Multi-panicle Type Super Hybrid Rice Breeding is a new breeding model, and it requires that the medium-maturing indica rice variety should have effective panicles 10.0% more than that of the check variety. New R-line ‘10P50’ was bred through the crossing breeding method with excellent germplasm resources. Then, a new two-line combination, ‘Long Liangyou 0078’, was bred with R-line ‘10P50’ and S-line ‘Long Ke 638S’. The effective panicle number of this combination was 15.4% higher than that of the check variety averagely in the national rice trial in 2019 and 2020, and it had a high seed setting rate and strong resistance to rice blast and bacterial leaf blight. The high-yielding demonstrations were carried out in Saya City of Hainan Province, Changsha City of Hunan Province and Xingyi City of Guizhou Province. Its techniques of high-yielding cultivation and seed production were explored.
