低温弱光对‘寒月’姜花唇瓣花色的影响

Effects of Low Temperature and Low Light Intensity on Labellum Color of Hedychium ‘Hanyue’

摘要:

探讨‘寒月’姜花对温度和光照变化的响应规律,为其栽培、采摘、贮藏和运输及切花应用等提供依据。将‘寒月’姜花蕾期花枝置于3组不同的温度、光照条件下,在插花条件下观察花色表型、色度值、相关色素含量的变化,分析环境条件对姜花花色的作用规律。10℃低温条件下‘寒月’姜花唇瓣心部的类胡萝卜素含量下降、总黄酮含量下降、花青素苷含量上升,红绿度a*、黄蓝度b*、彩色度C*下降,亮度值L*上升,表现为花色变淡、亮度提高。在10000 lx弱光条件下,唇瓣心部花色表现为减淡,类胡萝卜素积累量减少,但总黄酮积累量增加,花青素苷积累量无显著变化,红绿度a*、黄蓝度b*、彩色度C*下降。低温处理和弱光两因素叠加时,‘寒月’姜花唇瓣心部花色减退幅度大于单因素处理,类胡萝卜素含量降低幅度也大于弱光单因素处理。对‘寒月’姜花花色表型起决定性作用的色素是类胡萝卜素。应选择向阳而温暖的小环境进行‘寒月’姜花的栽培,在切花应用时注意室内增温补光以使其形成正常的花色表型。

Abstract:

The influence of environmental conditions on floral color of Hedychium ‘Hanyue’ was analyzed,so as to provide the basis for the species selection, cultivation, storage and preservation of cut flowers. H. ‘Hanyue’ bud period branches were used as the experimental materials which were treated under different temperature, light intensity. The change of floral color phenotype, chroma value and the pigment content were observed. Under low temperature condition of 10℃, the content of carotenoids and total flavonoids decreased while anthocyanin increased; the values of red-green degree a*, yellow-blue degree b* and color saturation degree C* decreased, while luminance value L* increased; the phenotype showed that the color of the labellum was lighter and the brightness increased. Under the condition of 10000 lx, the color of the heart of the labrum was weakened, the accumulation of carotenoid decreased, but the accumulation of total flavonoids increased, anthocyanin accumulation had no significant change, and the values of a*, b*, C* decreased. Under the combination of low temperature and light treatment, the decreasing range of H. ‘Hanyue’ labellum color and carotenoid content were greater than that under single factor treatment. It is concluded that carotenoids play a decisive role in the flower color phenotype of H. ‘Hanyue’. According to the results of this study, a sunny and warm environment should be selected for the cultivation of H. ‘Hanyue’, and the indoor temperature as well as light intensity can be properly increased to encourage normal flower color when using cut flowers.
