有机肥与氮肥配施对日光温室黄瓜产量和品质的影响

摘要: 在保护地栽培条件下,采用裂区设计,研究不同有机肥用量和氮肥用量配施对黄瓜产量、经济效益及黄瓜营养品质、硝态氮含量的影响。结果表明:增施有机肥和氮肥能够提高黄瓜产量,经济效益和投资收益率均较高的是M2N3、M3N1、M3N2。黄瓜果实硝态氮含量随施氮肥量增加显著提高,高量施用氮肥(N3)将降低黄瓜Vc、还原糖含量,氮肥与有机肥配合能够降低黄瓜硝态氮含量,促进黄瓜Vc、还原糖的合成。有机肥的M2(45t/hm2)、M3(90t/hm2)水平与氮肥的N1(450kg/hm2)、N2(750kg/hm2)水平组合为较好处理,综合黄瓜品质、经济效益及生态效益,最优的处理组合应是中有机肥用量90t/hm2与低氮肥用量450kg/hm2水平左右。

Abstract: Spilt-plot design was employed to study the effect of the co-application of organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer on the yield and economic benefit of greenhouse cucumber,and also the nutrient quality and nitrate content of it. The result showed that the yield of cucumber was increased by increasing the rate of organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer application,and the ones were M2N3、M3N1、M3N2 which had a higher economic benefit and investment income rate.The nitrite content of cucumber was remarkly increased by increasing the amount of nitrogen application,but the content of Vc and deoxidized sugar was reduced when high amount of nitrogen fertilizer(N3) was applied. With the co-application of organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer,the nitrite content was decreased and the synthesize of Vc and deoxidized sugar was promoted in greenhouse cucumbers.The combination of the organic fertilizer application 45t/hm2(M2)or 90t/hm2(M3) and the nitrogen fertilizer application 450kg/hm2(N1) or 750kg/hm2(N2) was the better one.Considering the quality of cucumber and the economic and ecological benefits,the best combination was the deal which had a moderate amount 90t/hm2 in organic fertilizer application and a low amount 450kg/hm2 in nitrogen fertilizer application.
