摘要： 盾叶薯蓣是中国特有的植物，是甾体激素的重要来源。试验采用CTABⅠ，CTABⅡ，SDSⅠ和SDSⅡ等方法对盾叶薯蓣基因组DNA的提取进行了研究，并且结合核酸测定仪、琼脂糖凝胶电泳法以及RAPD鉴定等方法对DNA质量进行了鉴定。试验结果表明，采用CTABⅠ法可提取高质量DNA供分子标记使用。

Abstract: Dioscorea zingiberensis Wright CH,as a special species of Chinese plant,is an important source of steroid hormones. CTABⅠ,CTABⅡ,SDSⅠ and SDSⅡ are tested in extraction of genome DNA of Dioscorea zingiberensis Wright CH in our studies .Nucleic acid determination,agar electrophoresis and RAPD are tried to evaluate DNA quality .The results show that high quality DNA can be extracted by CTABⅠ.
