60Coγ辐射对烟草M1代种子萌发及幼苗的影响

摘要: 用不同剂量(200~400Gy)的60Coγ射线对3个不同品种的烟草干种子辐射,对其M1代种子萌发及幼苗进行调查,测定了M1代发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数,测量了幼苗7天、14天芽长及根长,对所得数据用新复极差法进行多重比较。结果表明,在200~400Gy范围里,随着剂量增加,烟草种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均降低,幼芽、幼根生长缓慢,各剂量处理与对照相比均达到0.01或者0.05水平,其中对芽长和根长的抑制作用最为明显,各剂量处理与对照相比均达到极显著水平,其次为发芽指数、发芽势、发芽率。

Abstract: Three different varieties of tobacco dry seeds were irradiated with various doses of (200~400Gy) 60Coγ-ray, the seed germination and the character of seedling stage of M1 were surveyed. The data obtained was treated with the method of multi-comparison of new-multiple significant ranges. The germination rate, vigor of germination, germination index and the length of young roots and buds after 7 and 14 days of M1 during different bearing periods were researched. The results indicated that at the range of 200~400Gy, with the increasing amount of the dose, germination rate, vigor of germination and germination index decreased, young roots and buds grew slowly. The difference between each dose and control reached the level of 0.05 or 0.01 significance. To the length of young roots and buds, different doses of γ-ray had great effect on the length of young roots and buds most, the young roots and buds were restrained strongly (the difference between each dose and control reached 0.01 level significance), had less effect on germination index, vigor of germination and germination rate.
