等孢球虫细胞培养研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 等孢球虫病是畜禽的主要肠道原虫病，对畜牧业影响巨大。等孢球虫体外培养发展缓慢，严重制约着等孢球虫内生发育、药物筛选、虫株致弱等方面的研究。在此，从等孢球虫细胞培养的历史、意义、关键技术及支持细胞、培养基成份等方面综述了等孢球虫细胞培养近年来的研究进展，并提出了今后的研究展望。

Abstract: Isosporosis was a very important intestinal protozoiasis which affected our husbandry deeply. In vitro culture of Isospora developed slowly, which drawed back the research of Isospora in the field of endogenous developmental stages, drug screen, isospora attenuated and so on. In this assay, such as research advance of history, significance, key skills, support cell lines and components of mediums were discussed, and advices of research were supported at the last.
