Abstract: In this paper, in order to utilize agricultural resources sufficiently and reasonably in Henan province, the problems are briefly discussed. The recent investigation and research showed: Population growth had brought high pressure to agricultural resources utilizing. Cultivated land area decreased continuously, the quality declined and the productivity of majority is low. Water resources are lacking and being polluted badly, and waste becomes a universal phenomenon in agricultural utilizing recently as well, utilizing efficiency should be enhanced as quickly as possible. Climate resources is abundant, but is not utilized sufficiently, and weather calamity is more harmful. Agricultural creature resources are plenty, crop is varied, the yield is very high of wheat and maize in some district/region, and however, production specifications should be improved. Finally, aiming at these existent problems, some measures are put forward.
