水溶性螯合肥不同施用方式对小白菜产量及品质的影响

摘要: 采用盆栽试验的方法,研究了水溶性螯合肥不同施用方式对小白菜产量及品质的影响,从试验结果看,螯合肥灌溉施用对小白菜增产效果明显,而且可以大幅度降低肥料用量,提高肥料利用率。但灌溉施肥溶液浓度过低时,也会造成供肥不足导致减产。螯合肥灌溉施用的方式可以改善作物的品质。与施用普通化肥对照相比,螯合肥灌溉施用800mg/kg小白菜叶片中维生素C含量增加,且硝酸盐含量下降幅度最大,比对照下降了51.3%

Abstract: The effects of water-soluble chelated fertilizer with different using patterns on the yields and quality of pakchoi were studied with pot experiment in this study. Results showed that the yields of pakchoi were markedly increased as chelated fertilizer was applied with irrigation. At the same time the dosage of fertilizer application was greatly decreased and the using efficiency of fertilizer was greatly elevated. However, when the concentration of the solution of irrigation was too low, the yields of pakchoi were reduced because of the shortage of fertilizer. The quality of crop could be improved when chelated fertilizer was supplied with irrigation. Compared to common fertilizer, the vitamin C content in the leaf of pakchoi was increased and nitrate content had the highest decreasing amplitude of 51.3% when the chelated fertilizer was applied at the rate of 800mg/kg with irrigation.
