Abstract: From the statistics data analysis of grain production current state in Shaanxi province it was shown that the main problems of grain production were shortage of natural resourses, reduction of planting grain crops, insufficiency of production input, successive years of drought, and lower prices of grain in Shaanxi province. So that strengthening agricultural basic construction, relying on the scientific progress, and carrying out the right policies is the right way to keep the successive stable increasing of grain production in Shaanxi province.
