摘要： 堆影响农业技术推广的体制、经费、队伍、内容、效率等方面存在的问题做了分析，指出农业技术推广未能在农业生产发挥其应有的作用在一定程度上制约了农业的可持续发展，必须下大力气做好农业技术推广工作，才能更好地满足加入WTO后农业发展的要求，保证农业的可持续发展。

Abstract: The problems affecting agricultural technique extension were analyzed such as, system, expenditure, personnel, content, efficiency and so on. It is pointed out that the emphasis should be put on agricultural technique extension so as to fitting for the new situation of WTO.Agricultural technique extension is the key to agricultural sustainable development.
