摘要： ：本文在调查研究的基础上，分析并提出了浙江省嘉兴市农业龙头企业的现状、特点以及存在的问题和差距。.最后就如何发展壮大农业龙头企业提出了相应的对策与措施。

Abstract: On the base of investigation, this paper analyzed and put forward present condition, characteristics and existent problems of Jiaxing’s agriculture group leader business enterprise in Zhejiang .Finally put forward the homologous measures how to develop and strong agriculture group leader business enterprise .
