Abstract: This paper analyzed the correlation ,regression and path relationship of 6 traits with the yield trait in II Youhang 2, based on of two-year data of Fujian regional variety trials. The results showed that number of effective panicles most importantly factor to grain yield；as well as seed setting rate and fertile spikelets per panicle kept closely relation with the grain yield. Cultivation strategy for high yield should be taken to accelerate tiller to ensure enough effective panicles. And the path analysis on yield stability and adaptability indicated that II Youhang 2 had higher and more stable yielding ability and wider adaptability.
