福建观光休闲农业市场开发的实证研究

摘要: 人均GDP水平的不断提高,健康闲暇活动的增加,社会主义新农村建设,得天独厚的自然资源条件,为福建发展观光休闲农业创造了良好契机。台湾地区发展观光休闲农业取得了一定的成效,提供了成功的经验。观光休闲农业已成为闽台农业合作的新趋势,为两岸农业合作交流向纵深发展提供了新平台。由此可以看出福建发展观光休闲农业的市场潜力巨大,前景广阔。通过福建观光休闲农业的问卷调查及其市场营销SWOT的分析,进行市场细分,选择目标市场,明确市场定位。预示观光休闲农业将在福建省成为一个朝阳产业。

Abstract: Enhancement of the per capita GDP level, the healthy leisure activity increasing, the construction socialism new countryside, the advantageous natural resource condition, will create the good chance with Fujian agro-tourism development. Agro-tourism of Taiwan area has obtained certain result. It has provided the successful experience. Now the agro-tourism has become new tendency of Fujian-Taiwan agricultural cooperation, it has provided the new platform for the Fujian-Taiwan agricultural cooperation exchange to the depth development. Thus it can be seen, Fujian agro-tourism market potential will be huge and the prospect will be broad. Through the questionnaire analysis on the Fujian’s agro-tourism’s market segmentation, to give Fujian’s agro-tourism target market and market-positioning; it indicates agro-tourism will become a sunrise industry in Fujian Province.
