合江19号效应及其系谱分析

摘要: 合江19号集早熟、优质、丰产、抗病性强、适应性广诸多优良性状于一体,30年久种不衰,成为我国北方稻区乃至世界同类稻区推广面积最大,主栽时间最长,经济效益最大的水稻品种。本文运用系谱分析的方法对合江19号进行了深入的系谱分析,明确了亲缘关系和遗传基础,并对合江19号效应产生的原因和启示进行了探讨。指出要充分认识寒地水稻育种的难度,明确新品种的选育方向,立足于当地主栽品种的改良,利用适合当地生态条件的主栽品种做为核心种质,适当添加新的基因源。对后代材料要多年度、多区点进行耐寒性、抗病性、丰产性和适应性等鉴定,良种与良法相结合,以使育成品种具有更广泛的适应性

Abstract: Hejiang No.19 is a superexcellence rice variety with early maturity, good quality, high yield, high blast resistance and wide adaptability together. It has been planted for 30 years. It has become the first rice variety in cold regions for its area spreaded, long planted and notable social economic benefits. Pedigree of Hejiang No.19 was analyzed in this paper. Its relative relation and basis of descendiblity were understood. The reasons and the suggestions were discussed at the same time. Indicated that the difficulty of rice breeding in cold regions should be recognized, improved the main varieties through making use of the main varieties as core germplasm and appending the new germplasm. Descendants should be selected on cold tolerance, blast resistance, high yield and wide adaptability in different years and diverse sections. Combine good varieties with compatible planting means, in order to the varieties raised have wider adaptability.
