Resistance of Soybean Lines with Different Protein Contents in Jinf Population to SCN4

摘要: 为研究大豆重组自交系Jinf群体不同蛋白含量株系对大豆孢囊线虫4号生理小种(简称抗SCN4)的抗性反应,通过对其品质性状的测定,分析不同蛋白含量株系对SCN4的抗性,得出高抗株系根系附着孢囊量及蛋白含量区间。结果表明:Jinf群体不同蛋白含量的株系,抗孢囊性分布不均匀,孢囊反应1.1~106.5,平均68.6。高蛋白株系和低蛋白株系对孢囊线虫4号生理小种抗性差,抗性突出的株系蛋白含量在42%~45%,孢囊反应0.4~7.0,平均3.14。

Abstract: In order to study the resistance of soybean lines with different protein contents in RIL Jinf population to SCN4, the resistance of different lines was studied. The protein content was determined by Grain Analyzer, and the cyst volume of root system of high resistant lines and interval of protein content level were obtained. The result showed that the resistance to SCN4 race was not uniform among lines with different protein content in Jinf population, and cyst reaction was from 1.1 to 106.5, with an average of 68.6. High protein lines and low protein lines had low resistance to SCN4. Lines with prominent resistance had the protein content of 42% to 45%, cyst reaction was from 0.4 to 7, and the average was 3.14.
