摘要： 采用丙酮研磨法和8种提取液直接浸泡提取油菜叶绿素。结果表明，以丙酮和乙醇的2:1混合液提取效果较好，操作简单、提取完全、误差小、效率高。尤其适合批量样品分析。

Abstract: The results showed that the extracting liquid mixed 2 volume of acetone with 1 volume of ethanol was the best method among acetone method and additional eight kind directly soaking methods which extracted chlorophyll from rape leaf. This method is characted by simple ,efficient and accurate and especially in measuring on batch of samples.
