Progress on the Research of Pyramiding Resistant Genes in Rice

摘要: 近年来随着越来越多的水稻新基因被发现、定位与克隆以及现代分子生物技术的不断发展,水稻分子育种工作也取得了很大的进展。笔者主要就水稻稻瘟病、白叶枯病、纹枯病和条纹叶枯病的抗性基因聚合育种的研究情况进行综述,并对一些使用转基因手段进行多基因抗病育种进行了总结。

Abstract: In recently years, more and more rice new genes have been found, located and cloned, and with the continuing developing of modern molecular bio-technologies, the study of rice molecular breeding has also made a great progress. In this paper, the main progress on the research of pyramiding resistant genes in rice blast, bacterial blight, sheath blight and stripe disease were reviewed. Advances on the study of multiple transgenes for resistance to rice have also been surveyed.
