玉米自交系主要数量性状配合力及利用潜力分析

Analysis on the Combining Ability and Utilization Potentiality of Maize Inbred Lines

摘要: 采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计,对16个玉米自交系的单株粒重等15个性状的配合力进行了分析。结果表明:所测各性状配合力在P1、P2组内不同自交系间存在显著或极显著差异。P1组亲本配合力总效应大小顺序为:ZK01-1>ZK01-2>郑58>9058>248>ZK01-3>齐319;P2组亲本配合力总效应大小顺序为昌7-2>ZK02-2>ZK02-1>LX9801>永35-2>H21>ZK02-4>ZK02-3>黄早4。郑58改良系ZK01-1、ZK01-2在玉米育种中有较大利用价值;昌7-2改良系ZK02-2、ZK02-1在玉米育种中有较大利用价值。行粒数和粒长是决定玉米产量的主要因素,在玉米育种中应作为优先考虑的性状。

Abstract: Using NC-Ⅱdesign , the combining ability of 15 characters of 16 maize inbred lines was analysed. The result showed that there were significant difference or more significant difference in combining abilitys of different inbred lines belong to p1 or p2 group.The order of total combining ability effect of p1 was : Zk01-1>Zk01-2>Zheng 58>9058>248>Zk01-3>Qi 319 .The order of total combining ability effect of p2 is: Chang 7-2>Zk02-2>Zk02-1>Lx9801>Yong 35-2>H21>Zk02-4>Zk02-3>Huangzao4. Zk01-1 and Zk01-2 that were improved from Zheng 58 have better utilization value in maize breeding . Zk02-2 and Zk02-1 that were improved from Chang 7-2 have better utilization value in maize breeding . Kernels per row and kernel length were the key factors of maize production , which should be the prior character in maize breeding .
