陕西棉花抗枯黄萎病种质资源评价

摘要: 摘 要:通过病圃连续选择杂种世代材料,育成的陕棉抗病种质对棉花枯、黄萎病具有较高的抗性,同时丰产、优质是中国棉花育种初始抗源之一。陕4、陕5、陕401、陕5245、陕1155等抗病种质被多家育种单位应用,具陕棉遗传背景的品种有晋7、冀14、86-1、川56、苏5、新陆中3号、中17、中19、中23、中35、中41等抗病品种60余个,陕棉抗病种质及其衍生品种累计在中国种植0.2亿公顷,有效地控制了棉花枯、黄萎病在中国的蔓延,起到防病增产作用。陕棉抗病种质作为抗源,具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract: Abstract: Cotton germplasms from Shaanxi cotton section, with resistance to fusarium wilt and verticillium wilt, and mealtimes with high yield, excellent quality and tolerance for drought, were one of earliest resistant materials in china, After many of them, such as Shaan mian 4, Shaan mian 5, Shaan mian401, Shaan mian5245 and Shaan mian1155 and so on, were used by lots of others breeding units, more sixty famous varieties for example, Jin mian7, Ji mian14, 86-1, chuan mian56, Su mian5, Xin Lu zhong3, zhong17, zhong19, zhong23, zhong35 and zhong41, were bred, Germ plasms from Shaanxi cotton section and some varieties originating from them, which had covered 2×107hm2, had great effort on fusarium wilt and verticillium wilt. There by germplasms from Shaanxi cotton section as resistance materials were of great application value.
