Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to provide theoretical basis for draw up scientifically land use planning, and to take reference for studies similar to it. Methods of documentation, theoretical study and case study were employed. The connotation and its characteristics & dialectical relation of management integration thought of land use planning are pointed out. Thought of management integration in land use planning is an important thought to direct land use planning in village scale.
