Abstract: With early maturing， high yield and moderate scale rubber clone Reyan 8-79 at high exlploition stage as the material，dynamic rules of dry rubber content ， contents of sucrose，phosphorus ，thiol and Mg2+ were studied in this experiment which hoped to explorer physiological characteristics and adaptability to lower frequency tapping system 。The results showed that : Relative to basically phiological equilibrium clone RRIM600,it had many excellent physiological characteristics of high sugar and yield without stimulation ; in the condition of stimulaton system of s/2d/3+ET1%, the yield increased insignificantly, whereas latex stability enhanced, tire effects of decreasing low contents of sugar and dry rubber appeared in the same time. According to the clone characteristics of high yield, easily bark dryness, lower tapping frequencies ,smaller dosages should be taken in tapping production while combined with strengthening fertilizer, improving management level.
