茶皂素对瘤胃微生物发酵及原虫数量的影响

Tea Saponin Affecting Rumen Microbial Fermentation and Number of Protozoa

摘要: 为研究茶皂素对西门塔尔牛瘤胃微生物发酵及原虫数量的影响,采用4×4 拉丁方试验设计,其中茶皂素浓度分为对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,每头每天分别为0、6、12、18 g,共4 期,每期20天,并在试验第20 天进行采样。测定瘤胃液pH、挥发性脂肪酸浓度、氨态氮浓度及原虫计数。结果表明:茶皂素对瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸中乙酸和丙酸的比例影响差异显著(P<0.05),第Ⅳ周期由对照组(3.79±0.13)减小到(3.30±0.17)。高、中、低剂量组原虫数量都显著(P<0.05)低于对照组。综上所述,茶皂素对瘤胃中原虫有明显的抑制作用,并影响瘤胃发酵。

Abstract: To study the effect of tea saponin on rumen microbial fermentation and the number of protozoa in Simmental cattle, a 4×4 latin square experiment was designed. Concentration of tea saponin in the control group, low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group was 0, 6, 12 and 18 g per cattle in a day, respectively. The experiment lasted for 4 periods and each period lasted for 20 days. pH value, contents of volatile fatty acid and ammonia nitrogen, and number of protozoa were measured. Results showed that the ratio of acetic acid and propanoic acid in the control group and high dose group was (3.79±0.13) and (3.30±0.17) in the fourth period respectively, presenting a significant difference (P<0.05). Number of protozoa in experimental groups were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). In summary, tea saponin had an obvious inhibitory effect on rumen protozoa, and could significantly affect rumen fermentation.
